One thing I’ll remember about this wedding was the groom's reaction as he saw his bride for the first time. I don’t blame him either.. Georgia definitely has that rare old-school Hollywood glamour vibe and was a bombshell vision on her big day!
Back at one of my favourites – Kingscote barn, which is only a few minute's drive from where I live so very local to me. On a hot July day, this wedding was slightly different for me as I hadn’t yet photographed a ceremony outdoors by the pergola and against that amazing backdrop that Kingscote is famous for. Thankfully there was some slight cloud cover to shield everyone from the sun's hot rays as the ceremony took place. We even had a chorus of Cotswold sheep bleating as they were let out into the field behind us.
After the ceremony and confetti, drinks and canapes were enjoyed on the lawn as I went around blending in and taking lovely natural photographs. We photographed some family groups before going off for a photo walk together along the long winding driveway on both sides of the barn creating some stunning natural portraits before heading back in.
Emotional and loving speeches were first, followed by the wedding breakfast. After the food and more drinks and fun, the cake was cut, first dance commenced before Georgia, Guy and myself escaped outside to make the most of the stunning Cotswolds sunset and wheat fields for photos.
