Another couple who have had to postpone from 2020, Alex and Dani finally got their glorious autumnal wedding in October 2021 at the stunning venue of Tall John's House located at Llangasty Tal-y-llyn, Brecon in Wales.
Having met at a Wedding Fair at the ICC in Newport back in 2019, we all waited a long time before the day finally arrived! They couldn't have picked a more beautiful venue situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons to wed in front of their family and friends. My enduring memory of this day was just how much laughter there was and is captured in their wedding photos.
Dani and her family along with the bridesmaid all got ready on-site in the main house with Alex and his family and groomsmen getting ready in a cottage on-site. It was such a welcoming and warm atmosphere and the owners couldn't do enough for everyone. Thankfully the weather was dry so everyone could make the most of the outdoor space and stunning views of the Brecon Beacons. There are some gorgeous gardens we took advantage of, especially with the autumnal colours, which perfectly fit in with Danielle's bouquet.
The drone was operated by their family friend Jonathan St John, whom I got chatting to and now occasionally helps with weddings as an assistant - that's a sign of a good wedding when you make friends!
The evening's entertainment was from DJ Tony Morgan who I highly recommend as he not only had some great music but also some fantastic lights as you'll see below!
