One of the most Romantic venues around is Sudeley Castle (located not far from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire) so I was super, super excited for Kelly and Danny's big day!
Thankfully they only had to postpone once due to the current worldwide situation and that was only a month before they could have the day of their dreams.
Sudeley Castle has a 1000-year-old history and even has a Queen of England (Katherine Parr) buried in its Church. Such was the setting for this very romantic and elegant vibe that the whole day had.
They exchanged vows in the magnificent church and afterwards took refreshments in the Queen's garden, which was filled with flowers and had an array of scents from the different roses whilst a string quartet played.
The wedding breakfast and reception were held in the great hall and adjacent marquee on site, which was sumptuously filled with plentiful flower arrangements and candles.
There are so many beautiful spots to take photos at Sudeley, it's very much a wedding photographers dream! We took full advantage of our surroundings to create some beautiful portraits and also capture guests relaxing and laughing amongst the amazing backdrops. It truly was a day filled not only with elegance but also focused on the love between the happy couple and their family and friends.
I seriously hope to be back at Sudeley very soon!
