I met Katie and John at a wedding fayre in Wales which they visited pre worldwide 'bug'. Due to obvious reasons, they postponed once but my goodness was their wedding worth the wait!
Their wedding ceremony was held in the local church next to the amazing ruins of Skenfrith Castle and the Reception was held on Katie's father's farm in a barn used for lambing. I went to visit them a few months before and saw it filled with cute little lambs. By the time of their big day, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was an entirely different barn! The transformation was out of this world and huge credit to not only Katie and John's vision but also the amazing
@countymarqueesltd - County Marquees, who dressed the space. With fairy lights and star motifs everywhere and exquisite flowers by @emmalovelily (an extremely talented florist from Abergavenny), it really took your breath away when walking in.
Thankfully the rain held off for their big day so we could take advantage of going off-road in a land rover to go up to the wheat fields and hills to capture them amongst the spectacular scenery in the Monmouthshire countryside.
