My first wedding at Bath Guildhall didn't disappoint! Set in the centre of the picturesque and beautiful city of Bath, the guildhall is located practically next door to its famous Abbey.
On a hot June day as the city was teeming with tourists (and parking a nightmare!), we gathered to watch Pippa and Richard exchanges their vows and rings in the wonderful council chamber at the venue. Despite Covid restrictions and multiple masks, all their guests showed their smiles through their eyes and were delighted for their loved ones.
As we finished and the couples walked through to the high street to a shower of confetti, lots of tourists and locals clapped and wished the couple well before they set off in their beloved 'Vera' Land Rover to their reception, which was held in their garden in a village outside Bath.
One highlight is the knife broke as they were cutting their cake as everyone howled with laughter! Small things like this can make the best memories and photos as the reactions are so genuine.
At the end we were blessed with the most gorgeous sunset so we took advantage with some impromptu Bride and Groom portraits as you'll see below
