A beautiful wedding for Caroline and Andrew at Flanesford Priory in Monmouthshire.
Having met at a Wedding Fayre in Gloucestershire, Caroline and Andrew's wedding venue Flanesford Priory is nestled in the beautiful Wye Valley and is a historic site next to the meandering River Wye and just by the ruins of Goodrich Castle. With over 25 years as a Wedding Venue, the family-run business has certainly created a relaxing atmosphere at their family home.
The day was a mixture of sunshine and storms, which created some epic skies and a beautiful rainbow - perfect and unique for taking photos! Luckily whilst we were outside capturing portraits and group images, the rain held off until everyone was sat down in the marquee for a delicious roast dinner. Each table nominated a 'carver' and was given a chefs hat and tools to do the job which was a unique experience!
With exclusive use of the venue, guests could relax, enjoy the champagne and canapes and play garden games.
The reception was a live band with lots of different coloured lights, which got everyone onto the dance floor and created such a memorable evening for these two lovebirds and their loved ones.
Overall, this truly was a spectacular and amazing day!
