Here's a beautiful September wedding for Louise and Richard at Glenfall House in Charlton Kings near Cheltenham in Gloucestershire.
Louise and Richard and I initially met at Cheltenham Town Hall Wedding Fair and I discovered they are huge music fans and that that we all had gone to the same MUSE concert in Bristol just a few months before. So immediately we had a connection and I was looking forward to hearing the music they had chosen for their reception - which went beyond expectations with a live indie rock band!
Prior to their wedding, we had gone to Coopers Hill near Gloucester for their engagement session, which you can see over on my engagement photo gallery. FYI - The views up there are STUNNING! However, looking down that slope, I can't say I would risk running down that for a cheese!
The day itself was blessed with glorious September sunshine. The venue has simply spectacular views across the Cotswolds Hills, which we wanted to take full advantage of in the group photos as you'll see below. (the venue has the perfect balcony to take photos from).
Glenfall is perfect for intimate, family-orientated weddings with a whole garden full of delights to make extra special images. Everywhere you turn, there is a feature that is perfect for photos from the swing seat, the 'secret' garden, the fountain, the large photo frame and the wooden 'LOVE' sign on the lawn.
We ended the day with a bit of a breather by going into the garden for some night-time portraits, which are now firm favourites of mine!
